Professional Show S.p.A., for the execution of contractual relationships, comes into possession of data, qualified as "personal data" by EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (so-called GDPR). This legislation provides first of all that those who process personal data and particular/sensitive is required to inform the person concerned about which data are processed and all the elements qualifying the treatment, which, in any case, must be done with fairness, legality and transparency, protecting the confidentiality and rights of stakeholders. To this end and in compliance with the provisions of art. 13 of the GDPR, we report the following information:

35010 LIMENA (PD) in the figure of its holder domiciled there.

Type of data processed - Professional Show S.p.A. processes personal data (name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number - landline and/or mobile - economic data for the purpose of invoicing the subject of the contract).

Purpose of processing - The above data are processed for contractual purposes and are collected at the time of registration to the e-commerce site boblbee.it. They are processed, managed and stored for administrative, legal and fiscal purposes.

In addition:

personal data may be processed for commercial purposes if and only if such processing has been explicitly authorized (for example: to send e-mails, mail, telephone messages, newsletters, commercial communications and / or advertising on products and services offered by the Owner as well as telephone contacts for commercial purposes; to send by e-mail, mail, contacts / telephone messages commercial communications and / or promotional third parties either directly or through technical partners);

Legal basis of treatment, Obligation or right to give the data and consequences of any refusal - Without prejudice to the user's right to allow the processing of their data, as regards the data that Professional Show S.p.A. is obliged to know, in order to fulfil the obligations provided for by laws, regulations and Community legislation, or by provisions issued by authorities empowered by law and by bodies of supervision and control, their failure to provide by the user will make it impossible to establish or continue the relationship, to the extent that such data are necessary for the execution of the same. The user has and maintains the right, at any time, to revoke his consent to the processing (consent obtained by signing the order contract pursuant to art. 6 c. 1 letter b of the GDPR), without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing provided before such revocation.

Methods of processing and technologies used - The processing of data is done through the use of tools and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality and may be carried out either by paper or through the use of electronic means. Access to all the websites boblbee.it and boblbee.net activates methods of automatic collection of the information (technical cookies) necessary for correct navigation in these sites, which are automatically deleted at the end of the session. For third-party cookies (e.g. Google), the website does not have direct control over individual cookies and cannot control them (it cannot install them directly or delete them). However, you can manage these cookies via your browser settings. The processed personal data is managed on an IT support in a system with in-house hosts protected by suitable protection systems (backups, firewalls, security certificates, etc.).

Navigation data - The computer systems and programs used to operate the site collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (eg IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses and times of requests, method of connection to the server, numerical result code and parameters relating to the operating system of the user). Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified parties, by its nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. These data are used only to obtain statistical information (not associated with any user identification data) on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site. Professional Show S.p.A. does not use automated decision-making processes, does not carry out any profiling activity, therefore, does not record, does not store and does not process data relating to the choices, habits and purchasing preferences of its customers, nor does it create profiles (individual and / or aggregated) in order to propose targeted offers.

Communication and dissemination - The data thus collected will not be "disseminated", i.e. it will not be given to indeterminate subjects in any way, including through their provision or consultation. The aforementioned data may instead be "communicated" to one or more specific subjects and identified as follows:

to persons in charge within the Professional Show S.p.A. as data processors and persons in charge of processing and/or system administrators;

subjects who can access the data by virtue of the provision of law, regulation or Community legislation, within the limits provided for by these rules;

to persons who need to access such data for purposes ancillary to the relationship between the User and Professional Show S.p.A., within the limits strictly necessary to perform the ancillary tasks entrusted to them (for example credit institutions, tax consultants and labour, etc..);

to consultants of Professional Show S.p.A., limited to the task taken on, after signing obligations and constraints of confidentiality and security in the processing of data.

Retention period - The Owner will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the execution of the contract for the Service Purposes and for no more than 10 years from the collection of consent for the Marketing Purposes.

The rights of the User - According to the GDPR, it is possible to exercise the following rights against Professional Show S.p.A.:

access to personal data (art. 15 of the GDPR);

to obtain the rectification or cancellation (oblivion) of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concern it (art. 16, 17 and 18 of the GDPR);

to oppose the processing (art. 21 of the GDPR);

data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR);

to revoke the consent;

to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor - www.garanteprivacy.it)

The Minors - The services boblbee.it and boblbee.net are not explicitly intended for children under the age of 16. Boblbee.it and boblbee.net do not intentionally collect personal information about children. In the event that information about minors is unintentionally recorded, the Owner will delete it in a timely manner, at the request of users.

Methods of exercising rights - The interested party may exercise their rights at any time by sending a request by post to Professional Show S.p.A.- VIA PRAIMBOLE, 15/Bis 35010 LIMENA (PD) to the attention of the Privacy Office, or by e-mail to: info@boblbee.it; or by contacting the front-desk of the company and following the instructions of the person in charge of privacy management. The interested party will be notified of the execution of his request/exercise of his right within 15 days of the request.

Owner, manager and agents - The data controller is Professional Show S.p.A. with registered office in VIA PRAIMBOLE, 15/Bis 35010 LIMENA (PD) in the person of the legal representative pro tempore domiciled there. The updated list of those responsible for and responsible for processing is kept at the registered office of the owner of the treatment.
